Login to user dashboard, and make sure you have enough paid points

Click 'E-Signatures' Service Icon
Click the 'New E-Signature' button at the top-right corner

Submit
Fill the form and click the 'Submit' button

Notification
The singer will receive an email with a request access link. You will get email notifications when the request is complete
